Barn Dance and Hoedown Band












Turnpike are also known as a ceilidh band, though this term isn't used so much these days - most people still refer to us as a barn dance or hoedown band, but yes, we do respond to being called a ceilidh band.
The word ceilidh means a gathering involving song and dance - or so we believe - if this is wrong just put it down to our ignorance .
